Israel continues to practice apartheid against the Palestinians while carrying out systematic ethnic cleansing. Around the world, awareness is growing of the continuing atrocities of the Israelis and the resolve of the Palestinians.

Palestinian photojournalist Sameh Akram Habeeb will be in Melbourne to speak at the Marxism 2010 conference over the Easter weekend. Born in Gaza, Sameh has worked for the BBC, CNN, Democracy Now! and is the founder of the Palestine Telegraph newspaper.
